Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Duty Manager for Dubbo Orana Mall to lead from the front, oversee opening and closing shifts, support team members, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll supervise and train staff, keep shelves stocked, and ensure safety while providing a positive customer experience. This 35-hour-per-week role offers weekend opportunities and growth within ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts.
• Providing clear, constructive feedback to the team.

• Maintaining a safe store by identifying hazards and incidents.
