Job summary

Frenzy's on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to support the Restaurant Manager. You will lead each shift, coordinate the team, ensure service standards, and provide a welcoming experience for our members and guests.

The successful applicant will demonstrate hospitality excellence, confidence in leading others, clear communication, and a proactive approach to cleanliness, safety and guest service. Training and development of staff is encouraged.
