Role requires strong English, RSA certification, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Prior customer service or food prep experience is welcome but not essential; attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills (if non-native).
• RSA certificate.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and capability of learning Point of Sales and EFTPOS machine operation.
• General understanding of Australian currency, payment methods and loyalty cards.
• Outgoing and approachable personality.
• Patience and eagerness to help customers.
• Capability of maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work station.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive, enthusiastic personality.
• Good communication skills and great ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and “always moving” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and prompt service to customers.
• Prepare menu items according to procedures and processes outlined by GYG.
• Maintain complete knowledge of GYG menu items, ingredients and procedures.
• Deliver high quality Mexican products and customer experiences.
