Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bakery, café, takeaway or similar hospitality environment.
• Experience supervising a team or confidently leading a shift.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A practical understanding of food safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, allocate tasks and keep service running smoothly.
• Coach and support staff, giving clear direction and practical feedback.
• Manage breaks and keep the team organised and productive.
• Maintain product presentation, stock levels, cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Complete opening, closing and handover duties.
