Job summary

SunRice CopRice is seeking a Shift Coordinator to lead frontline teams in Leeton NSW, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality outputs. Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you’ll be the shift escalation point and drive continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative team culture.

You’ll deliver toolbox talks, monitor performance against KPIs, coordinate workflows and materials, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating production schedules and managing workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production/reporting systems.

About the Role

As a Shift Coordinator, you’ll lead frontline teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes. Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you’ll be the key escalation point on shift, ensuring operations run smoothly while fostering a strong team culture and continuous improvement mindset.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience coordinating production schedules and managing workflows
• Proficiency in MS Office and production/reporting systems

Desirable:

• Certificate III in Frontline Leadership (or similar)
• Experience in grains, stockfeed, or agricultural manufacturing
