Job summary

CPB Contractors, together with CIMIC Group companies, is delivering a major data-centre project in Melbourne. We are seeking a SHEQ Administrator to support safety, quality and compliance on site, keeping records current, coordinating inductions and onboarding, and ensuring day-to-day administration runs smoothly.

You will work with site teams and safety professionals to keep documentation up to date and help projects stay on track with organised, well-supported administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SHEQ/Project/Site Administration or coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work.
• Proactive approach and willingness to jump in and help where needed.
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across site and project teams.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the project's safety, quality and compliance activities through accurate administration and record keeping.
• Coordinate site inductions, onboarding and workforce compliance requirements.
• Maintain training, competency and licence records.
• Assist with audits, inspections, reporting and project documentation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and project communications.
• Maintain organised filing systems and project records.
• Processing invoices, expenses and other project administration tasks.
• Supporting project leaders and SHEQ teams with day-to-day coordination and administration.
• Building strong relationships across project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
