Goodman Fielder Pty Limited is seeking a Site SHE Business Partner to champion Safety, Health & Environment across the Erskine Park and Camellia manufacturing sites in Sydney. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and influence leaders and frontline teams to embed a proactive SHE culture.

The role focuses on building capability, delivering improvements, and ensuring compliance through SMS/EMS, audits, and incident investigations, while partnering with CARE teams on injury management.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in OHS, Health Science or a related discipline (or working towards).
• Minimum 5 years' SHE experience, ideally within FMCG or complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and Workers Compensation frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience implementing safety systems and driving compliance outcomes.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into action.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Implement and continuously improve the GF Safety & Environmental Management Systems (SMS/EMS).
• Support our people through coaching, training, and capability uplift across key SHE elements.
• Drive site compliance, emergency preparedness, and audit readiness.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
• Deliver strong reporting, insights and analysis to drive smarter decision making.
• Own site HSE planning, from training needs analysis to environmental performance improvements.
• Support injury management and workers compensation processes in partnership with CARE teams.
• Represent the site in national HSE forums and projects, contributing to strategic initiatives.
