Job summary

SG Fleet Internship Program 2026 – IT Stream is a six-month internship starting February 2027 at SG Fleet's Sydney Head Office in Pymble, NSW. The IT Intern will assist end users with daily support requests, onboard and offboard users, and gain hands-on exposure to network and system administration within an enterprise environment.

About the Role

As an IT Intern, you'll assist end users with day-to-day support requests, onboard and offboard users including laptop and mobile build/configuration, and learn about network and system administration in an enterprise setting. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting SG Fleet's infrastructure and service delivery while developing your technical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard users, including laptop and mobile build/configuration
• Learn and support network and system administration in an enterprise environment
• Maintain IT asset records and assist with hardware/software lifecycle management
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and user experience
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with full working rights
• Be in your final year of undergraduate study in 2027
• Be available to participate in the internship program based at SG Fleet's Sydney Head Office in Pymble, NSW

This internship is open to final-year university students. You'll be based at SG Fleet's Head office at Pymble (with a move to North Sydney in April 2027) with easy access via train and our complimentary shuttle bus.
