Job summary

Recruitment Hive is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to support and optimize our client’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment in Sydney. The role focuses on admin tasks, data management, and campaign performance analysis to drive marketing success.

You will work on integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service clouds, data cleansing, and marketing automation to improve campaign outcomes for a government-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation experience.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Architecture certification.
• Experience in Email marketing, marketing automation, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud.
• Manage and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and data cleansing.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Sales/Service cloud;
• Manage & maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management & data cleansing;
• Monitor & analyse campaign performance & provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Skills & Experience Required

• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Architecture certification;
• Strong understanding of CRM systems & processes, specifically Salesforce;
• Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, & HTML/CSS.
