Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a capable Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to help drive major infrastructure and complex building projects. You will collaborate with project managers, manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, and implement rigorous quality and safety controls on site.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, proven construction experience, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, particularly in large infrastructure or complex building projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to incorporate services-related requirements and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with and manage relationships, contracts, and performance of vendors and subcontractors
• Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
• Communicate with clients, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for process improvement in services delivery
