Corrective Services NSW, part of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, is seeking a Services and Programs Officer in Junee. You will assess offenders, plan case management, deliver programs and respond to crises to support rehabilitation and reduce re-offending.

This role supports offenders and remandees through assessment, case planning, crisis intervention, and rehabilitation programs to reduce re‑offending and promote positive outcomes. It is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact, develop expertise in case management and program delivery, and contribute to safer communities through supporting long‑term behavioural change.
Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to help people take meaningful steps toward positive change. By providing assessments, case management, individual interventions, and evidence‑based programs, you’ll support offenders to address challenges, build life skills, and successfully reintegrate into the community.
You’ll work closely with offenders at different stages of their journey, delivering group programs, responding to crisis situations, and connecting individuals with the support services they need. No two days are the same, and your work will directly contribute to safer communities and reduced re‑offending.
