Job summary

Whizdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Front-End / Portal Developer to design and deliver engaging portal interfaces on the ServiceNow platform, using AngularJS to create responsive, user-friendly experiences for enterprise users.

You will build custom widgets and portal components, connect front-end interfaces to ServiceNow APIs and tables, and collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex business processes and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with AngularJS design and development.
• Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience building custom widgets, portal components, directives, and client-side functionality.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations.
• Experience connecting front-end interfaces with ServiceNow APIs, tables, and backend scripts.
• Ability to create user-centric solutions that simplify complex business processes.
• Experience delivering responsive dashboard and portal solutions for enterprise users.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Exposure to CMDB and IT Asset Management environments.
• Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging front-end experiences within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build custom ServiceNow Portal widgets, components, directives, and client controllers.
• Create user-friendly dashboards, forms, and workflow-driven experiences.
• Integrate portal solutions with ServiceNow tables, APIs, and backend functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop intuitive solutions that improve user adoption.
• Deliver responsive portal experiences for large and diverse user communities.
• Support initiatives focused on CMDB, Asset Management, and data quality improvements.
