Job summary

Hays is partnering with Federal Government organisations delivering major investments across the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you’ll design, configure, develop and implement solutions across ITSM, workflow automation, and IRM capabilities, working with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable outcomes.

You’ll deliver integrations, build workflows and service catalog items, and contribute to the full solution lifecycle from design to knowledge

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience delivering workflow automation and platform enhancements.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and JavaScript development.
• Experience across ITSM and broader ServiceNow capabilities.
• ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator.

With a strong focus on platform modernisation, workflow automation, service management, governance, risk and compliance, multiple opportunities are available for experienced ServiceNow professionals to contribute to critical digital transformation initiatives.

Your new role As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, configuring, developing and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, you'll translate business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions. Depending on the project, you may work across ServiceNow ITSM, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities. You'll be involved in the full solution lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment and knowledge transfer.
