Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Service team. This field-based role covers installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment across the state.

You will work independently and with a team to deliver excellent technical service and customer experience, supporting internal and external customers and attending scheduled service calls. Possess relevant technical qualifications and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or trade background is preferred.
• Experience in a field service or technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain and repair dental equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams.
• Attend scheduled service calls across NSW.
• Complete accurate service reports via PDA systems.
• Promote preventive maintenance and service offerings.
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in line with policy.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Support inventory accuracy and correct parts usage.
• Work collaboratively with Technical Service and Sales teams.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development.

About The Role
