Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions – Newcastle NSW is seeking a technically skilled individual to own customer service within the service department across the Newcastle region. You will diagnose window and door faults, replace hardware, and perform service calls and warranty repairs with attention to detail.

The role involves daily fieldwork, travel across the Hunter/Central Coast, and collaboration with service, manufacturing, or sales teams to provide positive solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing, building, construction, or trade industry.

• Experience on residential building sites.

Responsibilities

• Analyse window and door faults, replace hardware (rollers, locks, handles, seals)
• Adjust aluminium systems and perform general service repairs on windows and doors
• Handle basic hand-tools, power-tools, and measuring instruments
• Read and interpret daily list of service calls and interact with customers face to face
• Liaise with customers to ensure efficient after-service or general repair support
• Interact daily with service, manufacturing, or sales departments

About Us

Based in Beresfield, this window and door manufacturer is currently looking for a highly motivated, person who is a technically skilled individual to take ownership of their customers within the service department round the Newcastle region.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your main duty will be to provide attention to detail with technical advice on window and door products that will exceed expectations to provide positive solutions. Each customer experience is different, and this position will involve you to utilise your patience and maintenance skills to complete approx. 6 daily jobs of warranty repairs, service calls or identify general repairs in a customer focused and proficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• A background in the manufacturing, building, construction, or trade industry
• Minimal supervision with a willingness to travel across the Hunter/Central Coast
• Attention to detail and taking pride in the quality of your work
• Worked on residential building sites under construction or established
