Job summary

Capitol Commercial Builders in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Service & Maintenance technician to support our growing team. You will be directly servicing one of our largest clients in the Melbourne CBD, performing adhoc maintenance, job tracking, and ensuring safe, professional workmanship.

The role offers growth opportunities, a structured team environment, and the chance to learn a diverse range of skills across trades such as carpentry or plastering, with a White Card or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Preferences given to trade specific qualification & workplace experience
• Proficiency with accounting software
• High school graduation certificate
• Willing to work in a team environment
• Ability to complete a variety of trade tasks
• Organised, punctual, and reliable
• Comfortable with electronic
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Carpentry or Plastering qualification
• Construction safety induction (White Card) or compliant industry equivalent

Terms

Approx $42-45 per hour (negotiable/skill set based)
