Job summary

Coffee Machine Warehouse in Clayton VIC is hiring four full‑time service technicians for our workshop. You will diagnose, service and repair domestic and commercial coffee machines, ensuring safe operation and top performance across a range of brands.

We welcome hands-on technicians from electrical, electronics, mechanical, appliance repair backgrounds, with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, safety‑minded attitude. Training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in electrical, electronic, mechanical, appliance repair or similar technical work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence working with tools and technical equipment.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take directions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical faults in coffee machines.
• Service and repair domestic and commercial coffee machines in workshop and on site as needed.
• Identify issues with pumps, boilers, valves, solenoids, heating systems, sensors and control boards.
• Replace or repair faulty components and perform preventative maintenance.
• Test machines to ensure safe operation and performance and maintain records.
• Manage assigned jobs and workshop turnaround times while upholding safety standards.

Coffee Machine Warehouse is expanding, and we're looking for 4 motivated and reliable Service Technicians to join our growing workshop team in Clayton!

We welcome applicants from a wide range of technical backgrounds, including:

About the Role

We have 4 full‑time positions available within our Clayton service workshop.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic and commercial coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical faults.
• Service and repair domestic and commercial coffee machines.
• Identify issues with pumps, boilers, valves, solenoids, heating systems, sensors and control boards.
• Replace or repair faulty components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Test machines to ensure safe operation and performance.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Manage assigned jobs and workshop turnaround times.
• Work alongside our experienced service team.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience in electrical, electronic, mechanical, appliance repair or similar technical work.

Previous coffee machine repair experience is highly regarded but NOT essential.
