Job summary

Fresh & Clean is seeking a Service Technician to deliver frontline washroom services across Queensland. You will install and service cabinets, defibrillators, eye wash stations, and washroom products while upselling to existing customers.

A full-time, 38-hour week with early starts and no weekends is offered, with a brand-new company van, uniform, and phone provided. You’ll work under the Operations team, travel for training, and complete pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Valid driver license and ability to drive a large automatic commercial van.
• Working with Children Check and Criminal History Check.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools for wall installations.
• Willingness to travel to Brisbane for comprehensive training (4 weeks).
• Be able to introduce and sell the Fresh & Clean range to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install First Aid cabinets, Defibrillators and Eye Wash Stations and ongoing servicing.
• Install washroom products such as soap dispensers, air fresheners and sanitisers and ongoing servicing.
• Service sanitary and napp y waste bins.
• Service clinical waste, sharps and spill kits in line with EPA guidelines.
• Urinal bio clean treatments.
• Perform in route sales and upselling to existing customer base.
• Be comfortable servicing both male and female washrooms.

About The Role:

Reporting to the Operations team, the Service Technician is a key role in the Fresh & Clean business delivering front line service to our customers.

Passionate about customer satisfaction, our Service Technicians take responsibility for the following key activities:

• Installation of First Aid cabinets, Defibrillators and Eye Wash Stations and ongoing servicing
• Installation of washroom products such as soap dispensers, air fresheners and sanitisers and ongoing servicing
• Servicing of sanitary & nappy waste bins
• Servicing of clinical waste, sharps and spill kits in line with EPA guidelines
• Urinal bio clean treatments
• Performing in route sales and upselling to existing customer base
• Importantly, you will be comfortable in servicing both male and female washrooms.

Our depot is based in Paget, Mackay.

You will need:

• To be physically fit
• A valid Driver Licence and ability to drive a large automatic commercial van (standard license)
• Working with Children Check & Criminal History Check
• To be confident using basic hand tools (drills etc.) for wall surface installations
• Be confident to introduce and sell the Fresh & Clean range to new and existing customers
• Be detailed and methodical ensuring compliance and safety are at the heart of what you do
• Be able to work autonomously with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload
• Be able to travel to Brisbane for comprehensive training (4 weeks)
