Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group in Australia is seeking a full-time Service Technician to travel to diverse client locations, service and maintain washroom hygiene products, and represent the brand on site.

You will work independently, build client relationships, and use mobile reporting tools. A valid Australian driver's licence and working rights are required; training is provided and a serviced vehicle is supplied.

Qualifications

• Full Australian driver’s licence with clean record.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work independently.
• Experience in cleaning or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products across client sites.
• Travel to diverse client locations and be the face of the brand.
• Document activities using mobile technology and reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and escalate issues as needed.

To qualify for this position, you must have a current and active Australian driver’s license and have full working rights in Australia.

About You:

• Great at building and maintaining relationships (internal & external)
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
• Proactive in managing on-site client issues and escalating when necessary
• Experience in cleaning or a related industry
• Sharp eye for hygiene/service issues and ready to recommend fixes

Requirements:

• Full Australian driver’s licence (Green P-plates are welcome to apply!)
• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products across various client sites
• Work independently to meet service targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies
• Proficient in using mobile technology for documentation and reporting
• Current Working With Children Check

As part of the hiring process, you will be required to complete a series of pre-employment checks:
