Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks a hands-on Service Technician to travel to diverse client sites and service washroom hygiene products. This full-time role is field-based, offering paid training in the first month and a company vehicle for work purposes.

You’ll engage with clients, uphold safety standards, and work independently or as part of a team. Driver’s licence and WWCC are required.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian driver’s licence.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Ability to travel to multiple client sites and work on-site.

Responsibilities

About You

• Great at building and maintaining relationships (internal & external)
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
• Proactive in managing on-site client issues and escalating when necessary
• Experience in cleaning or a related industry
• Sharp eye for hygiene/service issues and ready to recommend fixes

Requirements

• Full Australian driver's licence (Green P-plates are welcome to apply!)
• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products across various client sites
• Work independently to meet service targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies
• Proficient in using mobile technology for documentation and reporting
• Current Working With Children Check

As part of the hiring process, you will be required to complete a series of pre-employment checks:
