The Tezo transition initiative in Sydney is seeking a Transition & Service Readiness Coordinator with 5-10 years of enterprise experience to drive successful handovers into BAU support.

You will coordinate cross-functional transition activities, ensure operational readiness, develop knowledge transfer plans, and partner with technology and business stakeholders to reduce post-transition issues and improve onboarding quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience coordinating service transitions or related IT service management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with onboarding applications and defining operational support requirements.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end transition-to-BAU activities for new services and applications.
• Support knowledge management by developing transition plans, schedules, and readiness checkpoints.
• Ensure support requirements are identified, documented, and agreed before handover.
• Track transition risks, dependencies, actions, and issues.
• Engage with application owners and technology stakeholders to validate support models and ownership.
• Conduct readiness reviews and ensure documentation and training are completed prior to go-live.
