Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia is seeking a Service Product Lead to oversee the Integration & API Services capability, ensuring day-to-day reliability and driving improvements. This role sits at the crossroads of service operations, solution delivery and continuous improvement, focusing on production-ready integration outcomes.

You will partner with architects, GCC, and service providers to deliver scalable, compliant integrations, while staying close to technology and solving complex

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience with integration platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL framework.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

Ensure operational health and reliability of the integration service.
Collaborate with support, delivery teams and partners for incidents and improvements.
Align solutions with integration best practices and production readiness.
Promote governance, reusable patterns and operational excellence.
Provide guidance across internal teams and partners.
