Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is seeking a Technical Lead (Integrations) in South Bank, Queensland, to help run and evolve our Integration & API Services capability. You will focus on operational health and incident management across our integration landscape.

You will work with Solution Architects, GCC and delivery partners to align solutions with best practices, promote standards, and drive continuous improvement in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with integration platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Strong understanding of APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Experience operating integration services in production.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational health and reliability of the integration service.
• Collaborate with support and delivery teams on incidents, requests, problem management and service improvements.
• Partner with Solution Architects and project teams to ensure solutions align with best practices for production.
• Promote integration standards, governance, reusable patterns and operational excellence.
• Provide guidance across internal teams, GCC and managed service partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in how integration services are delivered and operated.
