UnitingCare is seeking a Service Leader for Project SEARCH across Ipswich and Toowoomba. You will oversee service operations at existing sites and support launching new ones, ensuring high-quality, outcome-focused supports aligned to participants' employment goals.

Accountabilities include leading teams, developing delivery plans, securing employer internships, conducting participant assessments, managing budgets and NDIs plans, and guiding recruitment and staff development in line with

Qualifications

• NDIS environment knowledge including funding and reporting models.
• Experience with best practice models to support people with a disability to achieve employment goals.
• Ability to build, develop and lead high performing teams.
• Advanced written and oral communication with influence and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Current Driver’s Licence, Positive Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service operations at existing Project SEARCH sites and support new site rollouts across Ipswich and Toowoomba.
• Lead delivery in line with Project SEARCH Model Fidelity and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute Annual Program Delivery Plans for designated sites.
• Lead employer engagement strategies to secure internships and employment opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, supervise and develop frontline staff; monitor KPI and quality standards.
• Oversee site budgets and assist with financial and billing practices; monitor NDIS plans for funding continuity.
