UnitingCare Community is seeking a Service Leader for Project SEARCH to oversee operations at existing sites and drive expansion across Ipswich and Toowoomba. You will champion high‑quality, individualized supports aligned with each participant’s employment goals.

You will lead a team, manage annual delivery plans, engage employers, ensure regulatory compliance, and support recruitment, budgeting and participant funding under NDIS settings.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Humans Services, Management) or substantial equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS environment, funding and reporting models.
• Proven ability to build, develop and lead high performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service operations at existing Project SEARCH sites and support new site implementation across Ipswich and Toowoomba.
• Lead delivery in line with the Project SEARCH model fidelity, frameworks and licensing requirements.
• Develop and execute an Annual Program Delivery Plan for designated sites and lead internships.
• Grow employer engagement strategies to secure employment opportunities for participants.
• Recruit, onboard and develop front line staff; monitor KPIs and quality care standards.
• Oversee site budgets and financial/billing practices; monitor NDIS plans for participant funding.
