Job summary

Uniting is seeking a Service Leader in Victoria to manage daily operations, lead an early learning team, and deliver high-quality care. The role is permanent part-time with a base of $40.00ph plus super, salary packaging, and leave loading.

You’ll promote strong connections with children, families and staff in a warm learning environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the National Law and Quality Standards, implementing the Quality Improvement Plan, and embedding EYLF.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Experience working with school-aged children (OSHC, childcare, education or recreation)
• Confidence coordinating programs and supporting other educators
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Employee Working with Children Check

• Mon – Fri, 7am – 9am and 2.00 – 6.00pm plus administration time


• Mix of contact and admin hours in Euroa

Your skills and experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority).


• Experience working with school‑aged children (OSHC, childcare, education or recreation)

• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to obtain)
