Job summary

Cabrini Technology Group is seeking a full-time Service Engineer to troubleshoot, repair and maintain electro‑medical equipment in Mildura, delivering high‑quality service to hospitals and field sites.

The successful candidate will have a biomedical/electronic engineering background, 2+ years of hands-on experience, strong PC skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. A VIC driver’s license is required, with a competitive salary package and salary sacrifice benefits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary, technical or trade qualification in an Electronic or Biomedical Engineering discipline.
• At least 2 year of previous technical hands-on service experience in the repair and service of Medical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical equipment.
• Strong PC and MS Office literacy; ability to enter work performed into a database in a timely manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform scheduled maintenance on electro-medical, mechanical-medical and gas therapy equipment.
• Minimise downtime through preventative maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure contractual obligations and Australian Standards are met.

Chemtronics Biomedical Engineering, part of CTG, currently has vacancy for a full time service engineer located in Mildura. The successful applicant will use their skills to troubleshoot, repair and perform scheduled maintenance on a range of electro-medical, mechanical-medical and gas therapy equipment within a local hospital and in the field.

Responsibilities include the minimisation of operational downtime through preventative maintenance and servicing; and working to ensure the contractual obligations and relevant Australian Standards are met.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Tertiary, technical or trade qualification in an Electronic or Biomedical Engineering discipline;

At least 2 yearof previous technical hands-on service experience in the repair and service of Medical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical equipment;
