Based in Sydney, you’ll resolve issues, guide customers through solutions, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations while collaborating with technical and commercial teams.

You’ll deliver friendly, proactive support, manage tickets, assist with onboarding, and help improve processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in service desk/IT support or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with Windows desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to newsagents and retailers via phone and email.
• Guide customers through solutions and onboarding, ensuring effective platform use.
