Job summary

Data#3 is seeking a customer-focused IT Support professional to join our high-performing workplace technology team based in Sydney CBD. This hands-on role delivers exceptional end-user support across a modern Microsoft environment, supporting workplace technology, meeting room solutions, devices, and core business applications.

Key requirements include Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory/Entra ID, SharePoint, and ITSM experience (FreshService).

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 administration and support required.
• Experience with Active Directory & Entra ID.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as FreshService.
• Provide end-user support for workplace technology and meeting room solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
