Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Team Leader to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight within a high-performing safeguarding team. You will lead complex work that supports quality outcomes across national service delivery functions and ensure risks, resources, and priorities are aligned with strategic objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business transformation activities.
• Oversee team workload allocation, resource management, and performance to ensure delivery of key priorities.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead the development and maintenance of operational guidance, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Represent the Agency in stakeholder forums and support negotiations where required.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to support team capability and performance.
• Contribute to strategic planning, operational assurance, and safeguarding initiatives.

About the Role

The Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Team Leader to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight within a high-performing team.

This role is responsible for leading complex pieces of work that support the delivery of quality outcomes across national service delivery functions. Working under broad direction, you will manage a team, oversee operational priorities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide expert advice on complex participant and service delivery matters.

You will play a key leadership role, ensuring risks and issues are effectively managed, resources are appropriately allocated, and team outcomes align with strategic and operational objectives.
