Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets Pty Ltd in Queensland invites applications for a Service Deli team member. Reporting to the Service Deli Manager, you will assist with the day‑to‑day running of the deli to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service in a busy supermarket.

You will help coach the team, manage production, generate rosters and contribute to merchandising while upholding health and safety standards. This role offers strong career progression within a values‑driven retailer.

Qualifications

• Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Service Deli Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the stores service deli, to ensure the smooth operation of the department and it's team.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters + much more!
