Job summary

Liebherr Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Mobile Cranes team in Victoria. You will own scheduling, coordinate field and workshop activities, and act as the main contact for customers, technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

Working with the Service Manager, you will manage WIP, job costing and quotations, arrange parts and tools, oversee crane movements and provide clear operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or similar operational role.
• Experience in heavy equipment/mobile crane environment.
• Strong scheduling and organisational capabilities.
• Proactive problem solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service activities across workshop and field.
• Serve as key contact for customers, technicians, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate technician resources, parts, tooling and equipment.
• Manage crane and component movements and delivery sequencing.
• Oversee WIP, job costing, quotations, and timely finalisation.
• Provide operational reporting and flag issues early.
• Support service team and maintain efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Payroll, Admin and contractors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and safety.

Education

Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics

Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
