Job summary

SA Health is seeking a Services Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality care in Renmark. The role covers food service, housekeeping and laundry to keep the health unit clean, safe and well-catered for patients, staff and visitors.

The position is casual with an hourly rate of AUD 28.53–28.82 plus casual loading, and eligibility is open to everyone. Appointment is subject to checks and immunisations and flexible work arrangements are offered.

• Limited experience in housekeeping, cooking/catering and laundry.

About the Role:

The Services Assistant provides timely, efficient, and effective services that support the daily operations of the health unit. This includes catering duties such as the preparation, service, and delivery of food to clients, as well as general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment. The role may also involve laundry duties, ensuring that all linens and patient clothing are cared for to a high standard.
