Job summary

Taree Toyota is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor (trainee or experienced) to join our team in Taree, NSW. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while documenting concerns and vehicle issues.

You will liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate repairs, provide timely updates, and promote maintenance plans and warranty services. NSW Driver's Licence and full working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role preferred.
• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn.

• Must reside in Australia with full working rights.
