About the Job?

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the dealer network to help improve their skills and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist the National Technical Manager in reaching customer service and quality targets from a technical point of view.
• Ensure all safety recalls and service campaigns are completed properly, on time, and in line with government regulations.
• Manage the supply, use, and records of service tools and diagnostic equipment, including updates and licensing.
• Help dealers with technical problems and training needs to build their knowledge and capability across the network.
• Support new vehicle approvals, keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date, and assist vehicle processing centres with technical guidance.
