Job summary

Hutcheon and Pearce in Bowral is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to be the key contact for service enquiries, helping customers from enquiry through to completion. You'll coordinate quotes, bookings, warranties, and invoicing, while supporting a busy workshop and a collaborative, family-owned team.

Full-time hours Monday to Friday with training and staff discounts on John Deere parts. Experience with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems is valued, with ongoing training and

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming and supporting customers as their key contact for service enquiries

Who Are We Looking For?

• A confident communicator who can work well with customers, technicians, and branch teams
• A well-organised person who can manage priorities and keep things moving
• Someone comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Mechanical knowledge or a trade background would be helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
