Job summary

Hutcheon and Pearce in Bowral is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to be the key contact for service enquiries, helping customers from enquiry through to completion. You'll coordinate quotes, bookings, warranties, and invoicing, while supporting a busy workshop and a collaborative, family-owned team.

Full-time hours Monday to Friday with training and staff discounts on John Deere parts. Experience with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems is valued, with ongoing training and

• Confident communicator with technicians and staff.
• Well-organised with ability to manage priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and supporting customers as their key contact for service enquiries
• Preparing clear, competitive quotes for service work
• Booking customer jobs and helping keep the workshop schedule on track
• Coordinating warranty claims and product improvement processes
• Reviewing repair orders and supporting accurate, timely invoicing
• Using service data and feedback to help improve the customer experience
