What will I be doing:

Reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor your role will include:

• Receiving andresponding toa range of incoming customer calls
• Raising purchase orders, logging and allocating Service Calls to our team ofTechnicians andsub-contractors
• Reviewingcompleted job reports through Uptick and invoice once completed
• Daily job scheduling for our Technicians
• Providingsupport to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors to enable them to complete their service calls
• Providing job progress updates to customers
• Provision of monthly report to the Service Manager of outstanding jobs and invoices
