Job summary

NT WorkSafe in Darwin is seeking an experienced investigator to undertake complex investigations arising from serious workplace incidents, injuries and fatalities across the Northern Territory. The role covers incident response through to prosecution, leading investigations, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and developing briefs for court proceedings.

Ideal candidates will have a background in policing, regulatory investigations or government enforcement, with the flexibility to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex workplace incidents across the Northern Territory.
• Gather and assess evidence, conduct witness interviews, prepare statements and briefs for court proceedings.
• Work with legal teams and subject matter experts with professional judgement and independence.
