Job summary

The Department of Justice WA is seeking a Principal Workforce Services Advisor to lead complex, contentious and sensitive employee casework and drive organisational improvements. You will manage and participate in projects that align tools and policies, enhance engagement and strengthen performance.

The role provides high-level support to the Executive Director Workforce Services and oversees monitoring of service provision.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, sensitive employee complaint matters.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Understanding of industrial framework and impact of policy changes.
• Experience providing high-level executive support to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sensitive employee complaint/claim matters.
• Provide executive support to the Executive Director Workforce Services.
• Coordinate projects ensuring tools and policies are aligned.
• Analyse legislative changes and their workforce impacts.
