Position Details

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Workforce Planning Manager to lead labour planning and resource optimisation across our large-scale operations in Laverton.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will own the strategy for workforce planning, drive operational efficiency and ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time to meet customer and business demands. You will develop high-performing teams, partner with senior leaders, and play a key role in shaping the future capability of our network.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations Management or related discipline
