Marsh is seeking a Senior Workers Compensation Placement Broker to join its Australian team, with responsibility for expert broking across workers' compensation programmes and strategic placement. This hybrid role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and requires in-office presence of at least three days per week.

You will analyse client exposures, prepare underwriting submissions and quotations, support multi-state policies and complex arrangements, and provide market insights to deliver

Qualificações

• Demonstrated knowledge of Australian workers' compensation legislation and premium determination methods.
• Experience with self-insurance, managed funds or nominal insurer arrangements and reinsurance placements.
• Proficiency in claims exposure assessment, financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client risk exposures and placement options across Australia.
• Prepare underwriting submissions, renewal proposals and placement documentation.
• Support multi-state policies, bespoke arrangements and contractual reviews.
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends and insurer appetite to inform placement decisions.
• Use data and analytics for market management, reporting and pricing decisions.
• Maintain accurate account records and coordinate premium invoicing and reconciliations.
