Qualifications

• At least 5+ years post-admission experience in Workers' Compensation.
• Defendant experience preferred, though plaintiff background considered.
• Genuine interest in building a career in workers' compensation law.
• Clear, concise legal writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle workers' compensation matters for clients in a hands-on insurance role.
• Work with the Insurance WA team across offices and locations.
• Contribute to learning, development and progression opportunities within the practice.
• Collaborate with insurers and clients on complex claims and strategy.
