Qualifications
- Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Workers Compensation
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships
- Ability to listen to and empathise with clients and their families
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a team
Responsibilities
- Management of a Workers Compensation practice
- Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
- Provide a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
- Identify practical and innovative solutions for clients
- Maintain and build new client relationships for the practice
- Provide exceptional service to clients
