Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking a Senior Lawyer/Senior Legal Counsel to join our Canberra Workers Compensation team. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible work arrangements and a collaborative culture built on client-focused outcomes.

You will lead complex personal injury matters, provide strategic legal and commercial advice, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding our commitment to work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Workers Compensation
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships

Our Workers Compensation team is growing, and we are now seeking a Senior Lawyer/Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Canberra. This is a full time, permanentroleand flexible work arrangements will be considered. This is an opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to work with some incredibly talented and likeminded team members. Critical to the role will be forging strong links with internal and external stakeholders.
