Job summary

Workday ANZ is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead Workday Student deployments for higher education clients across the region. You will guide student lifecycle transformations and advise on Student Records, Admissions and Recruiting within Workday Student.

You will collaborate with customers to define scope, manage delivery timelines, and mentor junior staff while ensuring successful outcomes. A background in higher education and familiarity with Workday Student are valued, with flexibility

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing or supporting student systems (SIS) solutions in the areas of Student Records, Admissions and Recruiting.
• 7+ years of Consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Higher Education industry preferred; Workday Student experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide deployment of Workday Student solutions for higher education customers.
• Provide student systems and deployment expertise, advising across Workday product areas.
• Lead and mentor consultants; manage time and priorities across engagements.
• Own status reporting and project health for your workstream.
