Job summary

Workday ANZ is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead deployments of Workday Student across higher education institutions in your area of specialization. You will provide student systems, higher education industry expertise, and deployment guidance, ensuring alignment with other functional areas within the Workday platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing or supporting student systems (SIS) solutions in Curriculum Management and Academic Advising.
• 7+ years of Consulting experience in Higher Education or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide deployment of Workday Student solutions for higher education customers.
• Provide student systems and deployment expertise while aligning with other Workday product areas.
• Lead or shape customer discovery sessions and advise on SOW content and estimates.
• Own status reporting and project health from discovery through go-live.
