Job summary

Workday ANZ is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead deployment of Workday Student solutions for higher education institutions across the region. You will guide student lifecycle transformations, advise on admissions and recruiting processes, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve client outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in SIS and consulting, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a passion for higher education.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience implementing or supporting student systems (SIS) solutions in Student Records, Admissions and Recruiting.
• 7+ years of Consulting experience.
• Experience in Higher Education industry is a plus; Workday Student experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide deployment of Workday Student solutions for higher education customers within your area of specialization.
• Provide student systems and deployment expertise, advising on cross-functional alignment within the Workday platform.
• Lead customer engagements, manage scope, timelines, and project health across workstreams.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and lead training sessions to share expertise.
