Job summary

RSGx is seeking a Senior HSE Manager – East Coast to own the HSE strategy, governance and performance across QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, and TAS. You will lead HSE Leads and Advisors, drive incident response and regulator interactions, and champion a culture of safety across multiple sites.

You’ll bring 10+ years in HSE, including 5+ years leading teams, with a WHS or related degree, and qualifications in ICAM/Taproot and Lead Auditor. Regular regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSE experience.
• 5+ years leading HSE teams across multiple sites/regions.
• Degree in Work Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• ICAM or Taproot investigation qualifications and Lead Auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the HSE strategy and enterprise risk across regions.
• Lead HSE governance for key programs, tenders and due diligence.
• Coach and develop HSE Leads and Advisors across regions.
