Job summary

A wealth management firm located in South Yarra is seeking an Adviser or Senior Associate. This role involves working closely with Principal Advisers to develop complex strategies for high net worth clients. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of relevant experience and a degree in finance or a related field. The position offers mentoring, a structured career pathway, and a hybrid working model allowing flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in wealth management or financial advice with high net worth clients.
• FASEA exam and professional year completed, RG146 compliant.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax, structures, estate and succession planning.
• Proven ability to prepare and review complex advice documents.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, mature presence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and support Principal Advisers.
• Take an active role in client meetings and present sections of reviews.
• Prepare and review Statements of Advice and reports.
• Assist with implementing advice and overseeing portfolio monitoring.
• Guide Associates and contribute to internal committees.

Education
